Job Title: Administrative Executive
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the short-let property, ensuring smooth running and client satisfaction.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and restocking of supplies.
- Handle inquiries and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for the property.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Must reside in or near Lekki or be willing to commute.
- Proven 2 years experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; use of email
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ready to resume immediately.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
