Job Title: POS Support Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Receive requests for POS from BDs/VLs or Field support staff and processing time.
- Deployment of POS terminals to merchants.
- Training of merchant upon deployment of POS Terminal.
- Prepping (configuring and testing) of the POS terminals.
- Providing daily terminal support at designated merchant locations.
- Identifying prospect merchants in the field and reporting.
- Keep records of support and support materials.
- Give remote assistance/training to merchants.
- Attend to any other task assigned.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in a relevant course of study is required.
- 1 – 2 Years of experience in a similar role.
- Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills
- Must be self-driven and be able to take initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Proficient in English.
