Job Title: Deep Water Management Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide support to offshore production operations, ensuring smooth coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage documentation and records, including reports, permits, schedules, and other critical operational documents.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, summarizing operational progress and highlighting key updates.
• Coordinate meetings and communication between teams, including engineers, operators, and contractors, ensuring timely dissemination of critical information.
• Monitor and track the progress of operational tasks and projects, updating relevant stakeholders on key milestones.
• Assist in procurement and logistics planning, ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to the offshore facility.
• Maintain an organized database of personnel schedules, certifications, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations in administrative tasks.
• Provide support for the coordination of travel and accommodation arrangements for offshore personnel.
• Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify areas of improvement in administrative processes and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in FPSO operations or offshore support roles.
• Not more than 35 years of age.
