Job Title: Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee office procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Record Management: Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles or office management.
Salary
40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
