Job Title: Team Lead, Institutional Sales
Job Summary
- Our client is looking for a Team Lead, Institutional Sales, to manage and grow their institutional client base. This role involves developing sales strategies, leading client engagements, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors.
- Lead sales pitches and negotiations to close significant deals.
- Monitor market trends to tailor product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional sales.
- MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
