Job Title: Accountant

Responsibilities

• Book PO’s in accounting software and operations database
• Create and send customer invoices and account statements
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow-up with customers on outstanding balances; prepare weekly A/R report
• Book bank deposits and business expense journal entries in accounting software and database
• Prepare employee expense reports and reimbursements
• Update and maintain data in accounting software and database
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation
• Assist in preparing quarterly project closing process
• Assist in preparing financial reports and cash flow forecasts for senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and responsibility seeking individual
• Ability to independently perform tasks after training period
• Capable of working under tight deadlines
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Quickbooks a plus

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 monthly
