Job Title: HR Officer
Job Objective
- The HR Manager will oversee the company’s human resource functions, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- This role involves implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning the workforce with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates and onboard new employees effectively.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to ensure employee growth and organizational success.
- HR Policies: Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to support professional growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
- Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor regulations and HR best practices.
- HR Analytics: Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for decision-making.
- Leadership Support: Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and advice on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Education: BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification: Chartered membership in CIPM is mandatory or other related qualifications.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional HR management experience.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 Monthly plus other benefits
