Job Title: Production Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking to hire production manager with working experience in the use of plastic injection molding machine.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations
- Implement effective cost reduction measures
- Develop and implement effective production plan to meet set goals and deadlines
- Identify and resolve production related issues promptly
- Inspect quality of finished products to ensure they meet specified standard and customer expectations
- Manage team of production workers.
Requirements
- HND / BSC in mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or production engineering.
- 3 years minimum working experience in the operation and maintenance of plastic injection molding machine
- Experience in automation a plus
- Good leadership and management qualities.
