Job Title: Account Officer

Job Summary

D44 Technologies has an opening for an Account Officer who has experience in the engineering sector
The concepts of your job with the Company have to do with managing all Financial Transactions, from Fixed Payments and Variable expenses to Bank Deposits and Budgets, Financial Analysis, Taxation settlements, Financial Reporting, Inventory Management, Procurement and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Auditing financial documents and procedures
Reconciling Bank Statements and calculating Tax and pension payments and returns.
Track Record of Book keeping
Have Flair for spotting numeric Mistakes
Manage all Accounting Transactions
Prepare Budget forecasts
Procurement Management /Logistics
Inventory Management
Handle daily update of money spent, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings
Comply with Financial Policies and regulations
Manage Balance sheets and Profit/Loss Statements
Reconcile accounts Payable and receivable
Ensuring Daily administration of operation’s fund
Financial Reporting
Report on the company’s financial health and Liquidity

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Work Space and other financial tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Benefits

Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
HMO available.
