Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Description
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
- Preparing letters and reports.
- Managing inquiries and requests related to student-parent communication efficiently and courteously.
- Engaging professionally with parents.
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets.
- Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Prefarably female
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and write exceptionally well.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experienced and proficient in research and content development.
- Computer-literate with the ability to manage electronic databases for students and staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is required
