Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily eatery operations to ensure seamless workflow.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficiency and coordination.
• Assist in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Track inventory levels, manage supplies, and reduce wastage.
• Organize team meetings to discuss performance goals and service improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives for the eatery.
• Support senior management with administrative and strategic tasks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in inventory management and financial planning.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
