Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary
- As our receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-office operations and provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.
- This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s professional image and supporting administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized workspace that reflects the company’s brand.
- Respond to inquiries about the company and its range of lubricant products, directing specific product queries to the relevant team.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring availability as required.
- Manage visitor registrations and adhere to company security policies.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
