Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Set objectives and monitor employee performance.
- Provide coaching and training to staff.
Training and Development:
- Assess employee training needs and develop programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll and benefits programs.
- Review and negotiate with vendors for employee benefits.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning.
Skills and Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Ability to effectively address employee concerns.

- Strong relationship-building capabilities.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
