Job Title: Digital / Above the Line ATL Executive
Job Purpose
- Responsibilities for advertising business online. Develop, Implement, and Manage marketing campaigns promoting the Pocari Sweat products and services includes advertising via the website, email campaigns, social media, enhance Brand Awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital/Above the Line ATL Executive.
- Plan And Execute All Digital Marketing Campaigns: Analyse campaigns, and suitable communication, create content with suitable communication to customers, deliver messages to customers, and execute content across all digital media channels. Including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Graphics design, build,d and maintain all social media: Be able to handle basic graphic design tasks on their own, working alongside as digital marketers to provide the visual content need, comfortable using basic online graphic design tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe etc.
- Measure, Analyze And Report Performance All Digital Marketing Campaigns: Monitor the impact of advertising campaigns and quantify the results of their broader marketing efforts. Be able use analytics tools to track metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI, and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
- Identify Trends, Insight, Build Brand Awareness And Optimize Spend Budget: Monitoring industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and insights. Building brand awareness and recognition through strategic positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Leverage various digital channels to disseminate brand messaging, showcase product offerings, and engage target audiences in meaningful ways, ultimately enhancing brand visibility and recall.
Brainstorm New and Creative Growth Strategies:
- Collaborate With Internal Teams, External Agencies And Other vendors for Paid Search Advertising: Digital marketers coordinate with sales teams, product managers, customer support, and creative agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensure brand consistency, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate With Influencer Marketing (MICRO, MACRO MEGA KOL): Influencer marketing involves collaborating with social media influencers who can share your brand with their audiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND Marketing/ Management / Communications / Social Sciences / Sciences.
- At least 2 years in the same position / 2 years in the previous position.
- Previous experience handling food-related activities/accounts will be an advantage.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
- Time management skills.
