Job Title: Research Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to identify solutions with focus on mechanical and automated systems and equipment
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate new technologies
• Analyze experimental data and interpret results to guide future research
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into product development
• Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations
• Utilize computational models and c to predict outcomes and refine experiments
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to the overall knowledge base of the team
• Identify potential research opportunities and develop project proposals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during research activities.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or R
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks
• Familiarity with grant writing and securing research funding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to conduct independent research
• Experience with experimental design and laboratory techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools relevant to the field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
