Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and organized Warehouse Manager to assess the storage, distribution, and inventory management of pharmaceutical products.
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate inventory records, and optimize warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for sensitive products.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Compliance:

• Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for product traceability.

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide training on safety protocols and handling procedures.

Health & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Implement measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and distribution regulations.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
