Job Title: Systems Support / Customer Service Executive

Requirements

• HND/BSc in business and customer service- related field with impeccable passion for customer service.
• Gender: Male.
• Job location: Surulere, Lagos
• 3 to 5years customer service experience in a supervisory role from a reputable organization.
• Ability to provide first level systems support and use the computer system proficiently.
• Possession of strong communication and presentation skills, active listening, and ability to provide thoughtful and intelligent responses.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company by being empathetic to the emotion and perspectives of others.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelywhile maintaining a positive demeanour, even when dealing with difficult customers.
• Certifications in the field of computer science or computer engineering or ability to provide basic computer systems support is an added advantage.
