Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and cooking processes to ensure efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all menu items meet quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
- Staff Management: Oversee kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth team collaboration.
- Inventory & Supplies: Work with the inventory team to ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked and used efficiently.
- Order Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of orders for delivery.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues such as delays, stock shortages, or equipment malfunctions.
- Training & Development: Assist in onboarding new kitchen staff and provide ongoing training on best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role in a commercial kitchen,or restaurant.
- Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and kitchen best practices.
- Technology: Comfortable using kitchen management software and POS systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
