Job Title: Center Head

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare and administrative professionals to ensure high service standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve service quality, patient experience, and operational compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards within the healthcare industry.
• Prepare and present reports on center performance, financial targets, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the healthcare/diagnostics industry.
• Strong business development and marketing skills with a track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
