Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer support, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and engagement.
Customer Communication & Engagement:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Monitor and gather client feedback to improve service delivery.
- Assist in developing clear and professional client communication materials.
Administrative & Support Functions:
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems as needed.
- Assist in coordinating property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Support internal teams with customer-related reports and documentation.
Service Quality & Improvement:
- Ensure client concerns are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Track and report customer service performance metrics to improve processes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and digital communication platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
