Job Summary

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Support the development and execution of strategies to engage and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
- Assist in client onboarding, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Communication and Engagement Support:
- Assist in creating and implementing client-focused communication plans for initiatives, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor and compile client feedback to evaluate and improve engagement strategies.
- Support in crafting clear and tailored communication materials for clients.
Project Support and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects align with timelines, budgets, and expectations.
- Track and report on the progress of client-related projects, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Help collect and organize performance metrics to optimize client services.
Content and Presentation Management:
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Ensure all content shared with clients is consistent, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
Team Collaboration and Engagement:
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth execution of client projects and services.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for client needs.
Key Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in client-facing roles or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and digital communication platforms.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
