Job Title: Senior Manager, Human Resources Consulting
Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager Human Resources Consulting located in Lagos.
- The Senior Manager will be responsible for HR Transformation, HR Consulting, implementing HR Policies, and overseeing Performance Management. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
- 8 Years Human Resources (HR) and HR Consulting expertise
- Experience in HR Transformation and implementing HR Policies
- Skills in Performance Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification in HR is a plus.
