Job Title: Telesales Marketer

Job Summary

• As a Telesales Marketer, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. 
• Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers, pitch our offerings, and drive sales in line with company targets. 
• The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and conduct product/service presentations.
• Qualify leads and generate interest by explaining product benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to ensure accurate information is conveyed to clients.
• Handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Experience with CRM software and data entry.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethics.

Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
