Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing candidates for the various business Unites
- Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns with quick turnaround times.
- Conducting interviews, assessing skills, and making hiring decisions.
- Implementing effective on boarding processes for new hires for all the Business Units
- Developing and executing performance management systems aligned with targets of each of the Business Unit and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying and addressing talent gaps through training and development programs
- Succession planning to ensure continuity in critical roles.
- Managing employee grievances and concerns
- Promoting positive employee relations and maintaining a healthy work environment
- Addressing disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies
- Designing and administering competitive compensation packages and ensuring a adequate payroll administration.
- Managing employee benefits plans and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance knowledge Skills and Attitude needed to effective employee performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- A recognized HR certification like CIPM, CIPD, PHRI, SPHRI is compulsory
- Highly skilled in setting strategic direction, developing and executing strategic business plans
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, training and Development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their ethnic, cultural, social backgrounds, their gender, age and religious belief.
- Ability to multitask and deliver excellence.
- Minimum of 8 years of cognate experience in the same role with a proven track record, 3 of which should be at a Senior Management level.
