Job Title: Proposal Writer (Tech Solutions & Services)

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer with a strong technical background to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, a keen analytical mind, and prior experience in crafting compelling proposals for technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and other business documents.
• Collaborate with technical teams, sales, and leadership to understand project requirements and craft compelling proposals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives tailored to clients’ needs.
• Analyze RFPs and client requirements to develop structured, strategic, and competitive responses.
• Ensure all proposals align with company goals, client expectations, and industry best practices.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine technical content and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and manage a proposal content library for reuse and efficiency. 
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple proposals simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, OR significant experience in a tech-focused proposal writing role.
• Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in proposal writing, technical documentation, or business development in a tech company, agency, or consulting firm.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them clearly.
• Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Collaboration & Initiative: Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
