Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. 
• The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. 
• This role will play a key part in ensuring that our Salesforce system supports business objectives effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and data security settings.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and addressing system-related queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Conduct regular data audits and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce system.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features; recommend enhancements as appropriate.
• Document system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Experience creating custom objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader.
• Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Salary
N450,000 – N700,000 / month.
