Job Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Product knowledge: Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances – Electronics and Mobile Phones)
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
• Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of your Branch
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
• Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Regularly reach out to potential customers.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / OND / NCE in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/Warehouse experience.
• Experience with mobile phones and electronics technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills
• Products knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
