Job Title: Facility Manager (Rooms and Apartment)
Job Summary
- The Facility Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the reputation and success of our Airbnb business by ensuring smooth operations, delighted guests, and well-maintained properties.
- Your attention to detail and proactive management will directly impact guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple tasks, and creating comfortable and memorable guest stays.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- A Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 4 – 10 years experience in property or facility management.
- Familiarity with managing short-term rental properties.
- Track record in coordinating maintenance and repair tasks.
- Experience with vendor negotiation and management.
- Proven Sales Expertise in the hospitality sector
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repairs.
- Customer service expertise
Work Environment:
- This role requires both on-site and remote work.
- The Facility Manager should be available to handle emergencies, including after work hours and on weekends.
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
