Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service and increase sales
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and objectives
- Present and sell financial products and services to clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the financial sector
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
