Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and directing inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
Salary
Negotiable.
