Job Title: Business Development Officer (Training)
Job Summary
- Drive sales of training services, meet targets, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Promote training services and solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales of training and services
- Industry experience required: HR or TrainingConsulting Experience
- Proven sales experience in training and services
- Experience working in a consulting firm
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
