Job Title: Human Resources Professional (Operations)
Job Overview
- The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in HR or related field.
- Operational Experience in a fast paced organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
