Job Overview

• Our client is looking for a Partnerships Lead to drive strategic partnerships, business development, and grants management.
• You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships that help advance our mission of supporting entrepreneurs and creating a collaborative ecosystem for impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize a strategy aligned with Impact Hub Lagos’ goals.
• Establish partnerships with corporates, investors, government agencies, and NGOs.
• Manage the partnership pipeline and conduct market research.
• Create proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Represent Impact Hub Lagos at key ecosystem events.
• Identify and pursue relevant grant opportunities.
• Write proposals and manage applications.
• Ensure compliance and maintain donor relationships.
• Execute marketing strategies to promote IHL offerings.
• Plan campaigns and conduct market research for growth.
• Support program participants in partnership and investment readiness.
• Collaborate with the global Impact Hub network and local managers.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 5 years work experience.
