Job Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties in Ajah and Lekki.
• The ideal candidate should have a background in real estate and some exposure to facility management, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and handle day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties in Ajah and Lekki.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the properties are in optimal condition.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and industry standards.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and handling complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including rent collection, expenses, and maintenance work.
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient facility management.
• Regularly inspect the properties to ensure proper upkeep and identify potential issues.
• Provide regular reports to property owners regarding the status of the properties and any ongoing or upcoming task.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 2 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
