Job Title: HSE Manager

Responsibilities
Health and Safety:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and control measures.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to identify root causes.

Environmental Management:

• Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, laws, and standards.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and pollution control.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics.

Training and Awareness:

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
• Conduct HSE awareness campaigns and promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure employees understand HSE policies, procedures, and standards.

Audits and Compliance:

• Conduct regular HSE audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Identify and address non-compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records and documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously monitor and evaluate HSE performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote HSE best practices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 4 – 8 years experience.
