Job Title: Telemarketer
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our services.
- Identify and qualify leads, using persuasive communication to generate interest
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends,
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a personal computer and a router
- 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
