Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaint
- Attend to customers’ enquiries
- Build good rapport and maintain relationship with clients
- Increase company’s sales target through customer retention
- Increase business conversion rate by 70%
- Handle numerous orders and process them on time.
Requirements
- Quaification: HND / B.Sc Degree
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Gender: Females only
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-confidence
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Smart and presentable
- Social media savvy
- Strong negotiation/convincing skill
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Product knowledge
- Problem-solving and empathetic skills.
Salary And Benefits
- N100,000 monthly net plus
