Job Title: Lead Maintenance Officer (Mechanical)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Commissioning/Maintenance of G3616, G3516 gas engines, and air compressors.
- Commissioning/Maintenance of WG7, WH6, Reciprocating compressors and
- associated cooling machines.
- Generate critical spares and fluids required for smooth operation.
- Use of Cat ET and ESM for diagnosis of mechanical faults.
- Generate and document the performance history for each equipment.
- Generate monthly reports of fluids and spares used during the month.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for maintenance purposes.
- Raise work orders for management approval.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of maintenance experience with similar compressors, engines and pumps.
- Troubleshooting skills using ET software.
- Cat certification is an added advantage
- Work with little supervision.
