Job Title: Chief Technology Manager

Responsibilities
Technical Strategy:

Develop and implement the organization’s technical strategy and vision.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business objectives.

Technology Operations:

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology systems.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of technology systems.
Manage technology budgets and resource allocation.

Innovation and R&D:

Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Lead research and development initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services.

Talent Management:

Attract, retain, and develop top technical talent.
Build and manage high-performing technical teams.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate technical strategies and plans to stakeholders.
Build relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
Represent the organization in technical forums and industry events.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate technical risks.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure technical performance.
Monitor and report on technical performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4-8 years work experience.
