Description
Corporate Governance:

• Advise on corporate governance, including board composition and operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement corporate governance policies.

Mergers and Acquisitions:

• Advice on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Negotiate and draft transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments.

Corporate Finance:

• Advise on corporate finance, including capital raisings and debt financings.
• Negotiate and draft financing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations.

Securities Law Compliance:

• Advise on securities law compliance, including IPOs and ongoing disclosure obligations.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange rules and regulations.
• Develop and implement securities law compliance policies.

Commercial Contracting:

• Advise on commercial contracting, including contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities.

Dispute Resolution:

• Advice on dispute resolution, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in disputes related to corporate law.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Advice on regulatory compliance, including anti-bribery and corruption laws.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations.
• Develop and implement regulatory compliance policies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in relevant fields with 4 – 9 years work experience.
