Job Title: Mill Manager

Responsibilities
Operational Management:

• Oversee daily mill operations, including production planning and scheduling.
• Manage mill personnel, including supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff.
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Quality Control:

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues.

Safety and Environmental Management:

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Manage environmental sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction and energy conservation.

Maintenance and Reliability:

• Oversee maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources.

Supply Chain Management:

• Manage raw material procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with production planning teams to optimize inventory levels.

Financial Management:

• anage mill budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
• Analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 – 8 years work experience.
