Job Title: Officer, Station Compliance (South West)

Job Summary

• The role holder ensures that Ardova Plc and its affiliated entities operate within established internal processes, in accordance with governmental regulations and in line with international best practices.

Job Details

• Development and review of the company’s compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk and regularly monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct audits of processes, practices, and documents to identify potential areas of compliance risk and non-compliance situations.
• Act in dealing with identified non-compliant situations.
• Respond to whistleblowing reports and complaints by establishing procedures for handling compliance violations.
• Promote the culture of transparency, integrity, and compliance within the company.
• Communicate with employees to educate and train them on policies, regulations, and industry practices.
•  Documentation of compliance activities, exceptions, and investigations

Scope of Activities:

• Pump integrity at the retail outlets.
• Depot review.
• Warehouse review.
• LPG plant review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Audit or Economics
• 3 – 4 years’ experience preferably in internal audit 
• Good understanding of compliance practices in the oil and gas industry.
• Good understanding of oil and gas business operations and processes.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good data gathering and analysis skills.
