Job Title: Sales Assistant
Role Overview
- My client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, including corporate and small business owners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree or HND in Sale & Marketing or any relevant fields
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the security sectors is an advantage.
Salary
- N150,000 net per month.
