Job Title: Floor Supervisor
Job Description
- We are recruiting for the role of Floor Supervisor. If you have experience in restaurant operations and team management, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 10 years work experience.
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
