Job Title: Marketing Manager 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and enhance the guest experience.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with cross – functional teams to create and execute promotional campaigns that align with the resort’s goals and target audience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Manage the resort’s online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and third-party travel platforms.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media to enhance the resort’s visibility.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and tourism industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem – solving skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
