Job Title: Assistant Production Manager / Production Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager or Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and execution to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment on the shop floor, ensuring strict housekeeping and discipline.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays and optimize efficiency.
• Lead production teams to achieve operational goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

• A Science degree (B.Sc./HND) in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in production management within the Food or Pharma industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and enforce shop floor discipline and hygiene standards.
