Job Title: Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective clients, including individuals and businesses, to promote Refonte LearningIT training programs and digital marketing services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and corporate partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients, highlighting the benefits of Refonte Learning’sOGTIP program and training offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to improve strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position Refonte Learning as a leader in Ed-Tech and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales in the Ed-Tech industry, with knowledge of how to sell digital courses in tech.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical concepts, such as IT training modules, to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Can work with productivity tracking tool ssuch as Hubstaff for worktime availability metrics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong online presence on LinkedIn (compulsory) and other social media platforms.
