Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our resort, increase brand visibility, and drive bookings through strategic marketing initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract guests, boost occupancy, and position the resort as a top destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort’s services, events, and special packages.
• Manage online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
• Coordinate and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase bookings.
• Build partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
• Organize promotional events, influencer collaborations, and media engagements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare marketing reports, track campaign performance, and analyze ROI.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc.).
• Manage customer feedback and online reviews to improve guest satisfaction and online reputation.
• Support the sales team with marketing content and lead generation activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven marketing experience (hospitality, tourism, or resort industry experience is a strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Creative mindset with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.
