Job Title: Pharmaceutical Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional targets.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of medical sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Organize and oversee promotional activities, including CMEs and product presentations.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and coordinate supply chain activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, biological Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise strategic sales plans.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
