Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in financial services to drive business growth, develop partnerships, and expand market opportunities. 
• The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in financial products, investment strategies, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market share.
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the financial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze financial trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and manage partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact sales and partnership strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and opportunities effectively.
